When he took us on our 1st couple of showings, rather than walking around pointing out features of the home, he just sat back and listened to us and answered any questions we had. This is the fourth home I’ve purchased over the years and the smoothest of all real estate transactions I’ve experienced. And this was in an extremely competitive market- April through August 2021! Ben presented us with comps almost immediately after viewing homes we were interested in. He was an excellent sounding board when it came time to figure out what to offer and provided advice that kept us from making offers that we might regret later on. As could be expected during this time, we made multiple offers. When we got beat out because we didn’t want to offer more than our established limit, Ben calmed us down and promptly presented other homes to view.
